Alex(?) was born as a genderless True Dragon, hatching from the fertilized egg of Terra Evergreen. It's name was Alex, chosen as a compromise for its future gender, short for Alexander if male, and Alexandria if female. She is the culmination of the combined effort of Vahn, Terra, and Eva. Thus, her name.
After a long period in the Space-Time orb, Alex(?) ultimately decides to take on a female gender, even if her instincts as a True Dragon would trouble her father.

1) She choose to be female. She is very fond of her father, Vahn Mason, to the point of desirring Vahn to be her mate due to her instinct, but early on, Vahn denies her due to a vision of a possible future provided by the neutral god Ouranos, in which his daughter Lenneth traumatized him... It is possible that Vahn might accept her as his wife in the future. Starting the precedent of his daughters loving him more as a man than as a father. Example: Mordred
